At Glad-I-Yoga, using Yoga and Pilates inspired principles together with light props to either assist you or progress you, let's determine the right ways to help strengthen & stretch your body. You will get results!
Instructor is Yoga, Pilates and Personal Trainer certified w/ over 20 years experience.
